Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

• France: 2–5 business days
• European Union: 3–7 business days
• International: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures or the shipping carrier.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Free shipping may be offered during selected promotional periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Customs & Duties

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply.

These charges are determined by the destination country and remain the responsibility of the customer.
